James is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 18 years' experience in the construction industry, having qualified with a 1st class honours degree in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University in 2010. He then continued his professional development by gaining his MRICS in 2013 and then has used his experience to help mentor and coach other candidates to achieving chartered status. 

James has worked in various senior positions for two of the biggest contractors in the UK. He has worked on many projects across the South of England, providing him with a wealth of knowledge across many different sectors within the UK construction industry.
